during a family assessment we do this
family interview - keep interview to 15 min. or less
informant person - provides info
key points for 15 min assessment
relaxed body language do active listening avoid offering advice show interest - min. writing acknowledge family strengths plan goals/outcomes set priorities/evaluate goals
