Sedate the Liver and Extinguish Wind Decoction

A

Internal wind: Sedates LV, extinguishes wind, nourishes yin, and anchors yang. Used as precursor to wind-stroke or wind-stroke, d/t LV and KD yin xu with LYR generating internal wind, excessive upward gushing of yang qi leads to congestion of blood in brain.
