Panic Attack Specifier
A discrete period of intense fear or discomfort, w/ 4+ symptoms developed abruptly and a peak within 10 min
- Palpitations, pounding heart, or accelerated heart rate
- Sweating
- Trembling or shaking
- shortness of breath or smothering
- Feeling of choking
- Chest pain or discomfort
- Nausea or abdominal distress
- dizzy
ADHD
Attention (6 months +):

PDD (Dysthymia)
A. Depressed mood most days for 2 YEARS
B. 2+ sx while depressed:
F-atigue

C. never without sx for more than 2 months
