A

behavioral outbursts w/failure to control aggressive impulses with either (1) or (2)

  1. non-violent verbal/physical aggresion 2x/week for 3 months
  2. 3 behavioral outbursts w/in 1 year that results in damage or injury

B. Outbursts out of proportion to stressors
C. not premediated or in order to gain something
D. *MUST BE 6 YEARS OR OLDER

Aggression to people or animals

  • Bullies/threatens others
  • Starts physical fights

  • Destruction of property
  • Set fire or destroyed property
