A pregnancy that has reached 20 weeks gestation but ends before the completion of 37 weeks gestation
Preterm
A pregnancy that goes beyond 42 weeks gestation
Postdate/Postterm
The capacity to live outside of the uterus

Infants born at 22-25 weeks gestation
