According to the game theory, why does total selfishness or total altruism not disappear?
There is a fitness advantage for both, because if two selfish individuals encounter there is no fitness benefit and they will leave space for altruism

the benefit to the recipient times the relatedness has to be bigger than the cost to the actor

reciprocity and gossip, an individual observing another individual doing good
