Species
A species is an interbreeding population that can produce fertile offspring and share a common gene pool.
Genus
A genus is a group of species that share characteristics, are not able to interbreed.
Taxa levels (9)
Living things (eukaryotes and prokaryotes), domain, kingdom, phylum, class, order, family, genus, and species.
Bryophytes
Bryophytes are non-flowering plants that grow together in clumps in damp and dark locations. They contain no vascular tissue. (ex: moss)
Filicinophytes
Filicinophytes are plants such as ferns. They contain vascular tissue.
Coniferophytes
