A

Euthanasia, particularly active euthanasia (when the medical professionals, or another person, deliberately does something that causes the patient to die), is allegedly already widespread so its better to regulate euthanasia properly

A

e.g. Switzerland
Discriminates against the people in countries that do not allow euthanasia, the people who cannot travel (i.e. do not have the money to travel)
We have a human right to not be discriminated against

She wanted a quick release without suffering rather than dying slower from the debilitating disease
If physically capable would have taken her own life - discriminates against the disabled
We have a human right to not be discriminated against

A

If we have a human right to life then we have a human right to die
Human rights are universal and cannot be revoked so should it should be legalised to reflect our rights
