You need to keep a record with the clients details and with the work you carried out - all the correspondence with other professionals ; supervision about this client

A
If records are subpoenaed - you can’t really refuse - you can try sometimes for confidentiality
Test protocols can be protected
Including text messages including you and the client

Can you release information from a couple without the other consent?
A
NO - need both parties permission for the information to be released
