Progressive, meaning at first it is with large food items and progressive to even liquids as the mass grows

Do barium swallow first to see that something is there and then do EGD with biopsy

A

Superficial mucosal tear with blood in vomit but IS self limiting

Transmural tear, perforates esophagus, air in mediastinum.
1. Gastro griffin swallow 2. Barium swallow 3. EGD
