NG tube (don’t reposition, call doctor)
Fowlers or Semi-Fowler’s to preven Regurgitation of fluid and Reflux
What are some nutritional therapy care that should be done for a Post Op Esophageal Cancer Surgery?
Parenteral Fluids
After Bowel Sounds return, 30-60 ml of water given hourly
Gradual progression to small, frequent, BLAND meals
