What are the causes of erythema multiforme. (7)
A
Infection (herpes simplex, mycoplasma, psittacosis, hepatitis B, EBV, histoplasmosis). Lupus. Drugs (sulfonamides, antibiotics). Malignancy including leukaemia. Pregnancy. Pre-menstrual. Sarcoid.

A
Symmetrical and central blisters.

Where are the target lesions usually located in erythema multiforme. (2)
A
Palms/soles.
Limbs, elsewhere.

When is erythema multiforme present. (3)
A
Stevens-Johnson syndrome.
Collagen disorders.
50% are idiopathic.
