A
  • Cardiac Arrest: Aystole, PEA, VF - unresponsive to initial defibrilation.
  • Severe bronchospasm, asthma, bronchiolitis.
  • Anaphylaxis & acure allergic reactions.

Epinephrine: Adult Dose/Admin

A

Adult
Allergic Reaction, Anaphylaxis, & Asthma: 0.3mg - 0.5mg (1:1000) IM.

Anaphylaxis: 0.3mg - 0.5mg (3.5ml, 1:10,000) IV.

Cardiac: 1mg IV/IO bolus (1:10,000), every 3-5 min.

A

Pediatric
Allergic Reaction/Asthma/Anaphylaxis: 0.01mg/kg (1:1000) IM - max of 0.5mg.

Cardiac: 0.01mg/kg (1:10,000) IV/IO bolus.
