A
- Hemodynamically significant bradycardia (symptomatic)
- Organophosphate or Nerve Gas poisioning

Atropine Sulfate: Contraindications
A
- Tachycardia
- Hypersensitivity
- Unstable cardiovascular status due to acute hemmorage or myocardial ischemia.

Atropine Sulfate: Adult Dose/Admin
A
Adult
Bradycardia: 1mg IV/IO bolus, every 3-5 min. as needed. Max total dose of 3mg.
Poisioning: 2-5mg IV/IO/IM bolus. Repeat after 5-10 minutes until cessation of bronchial secretions.

Atropine Sulfate: Pediatric Dose/Admin
A
Pediatric
Bradycardia: 0.02 mg.kg IV/IO (max 0.5mg) bolus, every 3-5 min. as needed. Max total dose of 1mg.
Poisioning: 0.05mg/kg IV/IO/IM bolus. Repeat after 5-10 minutes until cessation of bronchial secretions.
