Neural tube defects, minor congenital malformations like dysmorphic features (medial eyebrow deficiency, flat nasal bridge, shallow philturm and thin lips) cognitive and behavioural problems

Lamotrigine (best), sodium valproate, carbemazepine

atrial septal defect, neural tube defect, cleft palate, polydactyly, hypospadia, craniosyntosis
