what are the DVLA rules around epilepsy for personal vehicles and HGV/PGV

A
  • 1 off seizure: no attack for 6 months for car, 5 years for HGV/PCV
  • Epilepsy: no attack for 1 year, or 3 years if attacks are during sleep and awake
  • Must be off medication and no epileptic attacks for 10 years to drive HGV/PCV
