Expeirmebt for enzyme
Dilute stock trypsin solution with dialled water to produce solution ranging in concentration rom 0.2% till 0.8%
Add a ct9nrol by adding 2cm3 of distilled water and 2cm3 of trypsin solution add to colorimeter to make sure colorimeter solution is 0
Add to another corvette 2cm3 of milk suspension and 2cm3 of stock trypsin solution
Mix Add to colorimeter
Measure absorbance every 15 second for 5 minutes
Repeat at different trypsin concentrations
Conclusion 1 about milk
Contains causing which when broken down makes milk countless, trypsin is a protease enzyme which beaks it down

As concentration of trypsin increases, number of enzyme substrate complexes increases because enzymes and substrate are more.likely to collide with each other therfore increasing ror
Conclusion 3 leveling off
The rate levels off as all enzymes active sites is saturated.
Increasing enzyme conctration won’t help as enzyme concatrtion is limiting factor
