Do not transfer unless bleeding controlled and canulated
- started which side
- trauma, warfarin
- can source be localised & cauterised

Anyone who requires packing
Not actively bleeding but:
anaemia, high INR, social

?HTN- diazepam 2mg TDS Lateral pressure lower 1/3 - 10mins Ice pack Local cautery Rapid rhino; 1/2 sides Spr: posterior pack, surgery, embolise
