A

N1, N2, Oil quantity, until EEC’s are powered.

Starting with Ground Air Source (AC elec power available) exlain

A

APU Bleed air switch off, Start engine nr 1 first using normal procedures. Start engine nr 2 using crossbleed start prrocedure to minimize hazard to ground crew.

Engine Crossbleed Start Explain in general:

A

Don’t do during taxi
Area to rear clear.
Eng Bleeds on, apu bleed off, packs off, isolation valve AUTO
Thrust lever operating engine advance bleed duct to 30PSI, then start engine. After starter cutout, adjust thrust on both engines.

Setting N1 Bugs with no operative FMC (manual N1 BUG setting), how to calculate N1 values? What is default value?

A

Performance Inflight section for desired phase of flight. Last FMC computed value or 104% if FMC has not calculated input since power up.
