Signs and symptoms?
A
Classic triad - fever, AMS and headache
Others - shock, seizures, focal signs, raised ICP signs

CT - contra/indicat. LP Lumbar puncture - CSF findings normal/high protein. high lymphocyte Serology Blood culture FBC, U+Es, LFTs Glucose - normal Coag EEG
