E-1 Treaty Traders
Nonimmigrant Visa - must be a citizen of a treaty country and be invested personally in the enterprise.
E-2 Treaty Investors
Require bachelor’s or higher or its equivalent, job must be complex enough to be performed only by a person with the degree. Includes fashion models.
H1-B Special Occupations and Fashion Models
Requires full and unrestricted nursing license in the country where your nursing education was obtained or the US.
H1-C Registered Nurse Working in Health Professional Shortage Area
Temporary SEASONAL work, employer must prove there aren’t enough US workers to do the work.
H-2A Temporary Agricultural Workers
Temporary work, employer must prove there aren’t enough US workers to do the work.
H-2B Temporary Non-Agricultural Workers
Employees must be trainees receiving training in any field other than graduate medical education and not available in their country. Also can be a participant in a special education training program.
H-3 Nonimmigrant Trainee
Intracompany transferees coming to the US to work in a managerial or executive capacity for max of 7 years.
L1-A Managers and Executives
Have a level of expertise indicating they are among the top percentage in their field or represent extraordinary achievement in motion picture, tv, or the arts.
O-1 Alien of Extraordinary Ability in Arts, Science, Education, Business, Athletics
