A

By 1915, German advances meant that Russia was forced to give up jurisdiction over Warsaw and vilna, Poland was freed from russian rule.

A

A

He thought Finland was a security threat, this was incorrect as after 1907, the Finnish government suppressed all separatism and expelled revolutionaries and terrorists.

A

Attempts were made to involve them in the war, conscription was imposed during the month of Ramadan, which created much resentment from the Muslim population, leading to rebellion. They were also insulted by the fact that they were largely deemed unfit for service and given other jobs.

A

It gave them the chance to consolidate its presence in Manchuria, unfortunately, the japanese also wanted a foothold in the area, they asked for the ability to influence affairs in Korea, Russia refused, Japan retaliated by attacking russian ships in port arthur.
