In what situations would you say over radio EMERGENCY EMERGENCY EMERGENCY
A
When you require the line to stop operating. For e.g. someone or somthing in the rail corridoor. Other immediate risks such as Person with weapon, explosion, or other serious situations needing to be isolated from the public.

What is the “First 5 Minute Response”?
A
- Stay Calm, assess situation
- Alert OCC
- Make announcements
- Remove youself and others from danger
- Isolate the hazard
- Provide regular updates to the OCC
- Meet emergency services
- Assist emergency services
- Commence evacuation
- Provide first aid if possible
