If you have been given Prescribed or Non Prescribed medicine by your doctor/chemist what must you do prior to Booking On.
You must declare the medication to either the Resource Co-ordinator or your Team Manager
If you are asked to work over a route for which you have not signed, what must you do.
Advise the Resource Co-ordinator, in order that a route conductor can be provided.
If you required Route Revision what must you do.
Advise the Resource Co-ordinator who will arrange for route revision forms to be completed
