ENGINE CONTROL lights
A
- engine control system is not dispatchable due to faults in the system
- EEC through the CDS controls this light
- DO NOT TAKEOFF with this light illuminated or inop
- does not come on in flight
- if the EEC detects a fault in-flight, no crew indication is provided

EEC switches
A
ON (white)
- indicates normal control mode is selected
ON (blank)
- EEC has been manually selected to alternate mode (hard alternate mode)
ALTN in view (amber)
- related EEC has automatically switched or manually selected to the alternate mode
- both ON and ALTN in view if the EEC has automatically switched to soft alternate mode

REVERSER lights
A
- the engine accessory unit (EAU) controls this light
- illuminates for 10 sec. during a normal T/R stow operation
- extinguishes if the reverser sleeves are fully stowed and the isolation valve is closed
- stays on if a T/R control system component fails during the stow
- if the reverser light illuminates at any other time, a malfunction has occurred
