did not rely on your original ideas or stock knowledge, citation is called for.

English Oxford Dictionary has defined

one’s own.”
Plagiarism
It is also called as “Complete Plagiarism”. This is the most severe form of
plagiarism. This is where an individual takes an entire work of someone else and submits
it under his name. It is tantamount to intellect theft and stealing.
Global Plagiarism
t is also called as “Idea Plagiarism”. This is the most common type of
plagiarism. This happens when an individual rephrases a piece of text in his own words.
Paraphrasing itself is not plagiarism, you just need to properly cite the sources. H
Paraphrasing Plagiarism
It is also called as “Verbatim Plagiarism or Word-for-word Plagiarism”. This
happens when an author copies the text of another author, word for word, without the use
of quotation marks.
Direct Plagiarism
It is also called as “Patchwork Plagiarism”. It happens when an individual
copies phrases, passages and ideas from different sources and put it together to create a
new text.

Narrative
It requires the writer to cite the details of the reference used in a certain part of
his/her essay
In-Text Citation
It refers to the complete bibliographic entries of all references used by the
writer. This may be found at the last part of your paper.
Reference Citation
A bibliography is a list of materials that were used in the composition of an
academic or professional piece. There are a lot of formats used in making bibliographies,
one of this is the American Psychological Association (APA).
Bibliography
Author’s Name. (Year of Publication). Title of the Book.
Place of Publication: Name of Publisher. Page number.

How many authors does it need to use the word “et al.”?

Roman numerals are used in main headings for each section.

These are used for stating supporting arguments or details.
❖ Arabic Numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.)
When pointing out minor details, Arabic numbers are used.
This format makes use of decimal
numbers. Arabic number 1 is used instead of a roman numeral for the main
heading.
