-Email: sending and receiving “mail” messages
Email software may have calendars, archives and tasks
- Social networking: post interests, activities, photos, opinions etc for the internet
Used to stay in touch, entertainment and to make friends
-Blogs: websites that are regularly updated to share events, and news in chronological order. Similar to a journal.
Vlogs: video blogs
Podcasts: Audio productions for enjoyment, education, debates etc. can be downloaded or subscribed to.
Wikis: websites that allow collaborative creation + editing of its contents. For example wikipedia and wikihow
GPS: Global Positioning System. Satellite based navigation of all locations on earth. They are privacy concerns.
