- A/S: Benign prostatic hypertrophy, transurethral manipulation

- CT
- S/S: Nausea, vomiting, fever, chills, flank pain, +/-hematuria, +/-dysuria/urgency/frequency.
- A/S: Vesicoureteral reflux, indwelling catheter, urinary tract obstruction, pregnancy.
- CT: “striated parenchymal enhancement”.
