Agoraphobia
A : fear anx with 2 of 5 : public transit , open spaces , closed places , crowds or lines , outside of home alone
B : fears (or avoid) because esc might be difficult , or help might not be avail , if dev panic , incapacitating or embarrassing symptoms
C, D, E, F : agoraphobic situations almost always provoke fear or anx ; avoided , require companion or endured with intense fear anx ; out of proportion ; 6 months

Symptoms of bipolar disorder that cause significant distress or impairment but do not meet the full criteria for any specific bipolar disorder.
Examples of presentations:
* Short-duration hypomanic episodes (2-3 days) and major depressive episodes.
* Hypomanic episodes with insufficient symptoms and major depressive episodes.
* Hypomania without a prior major depressive episode.
* Short-duration cyclothymia (less than the required 2 years)
