12 hours after taking a dose. Weekly initially and after each dose change. Then every 3 months for the first year, then 6 monthly.

A

FBC weekly for first 4 weeks, then every 3 months

Repeat LFTs after 3 and 12 months of initiation of simvastatin and CK if the patient develops muscle pains
