A

At the start = p450 is binded to iron.
Drug complex is formed as fe3+ DH.

Fe03+ = oxidized version of the drug.
Cytochromee p450 is recycled and then the cycle starts again.
OXIDATION OF THE DRUG = CYTOCHROME P450 CYCLE.

A

Drug enters the lipid membrane.
When the drug is metabolised it enters the lipid soluble membrane.
Once it has been metabolised then it becomes water soluble and so EXITS the lipid membrane.
