What is toxic epidermal necrolysis

A

Fever
tender erythema affecting more than 30% of the skin surface + mucosal involvement.
It is a cell mediated cytotoxic reaction against epidermal cells by activated lymphocytes and cytokines

A

Stop precipitating drug
Supportive care in ICU
