A

the SRY gene found on the Y chromosomes contains the Testes Determining Factor. This causes sertoli supporting cells to develope into Pre-Sertoli cells which form primitive testes.
This inhibits meiosis, causing prospermatogonia which develope inot immature spermatogonia
