Q

Why is accurate replication important for cells?

A

Mistakes in replication cause mutations. DNA codes for proteins so if mutations happen, proteins can’t carry out their functions.

Q

Why is DNA easily extracted from bacterial cells?

A

Because the nuclear membrane doesn’t need to be broken (Bacteria don’t have nuclei)
