SLE and vasculitis
RA- very weak evidence
Inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s and UC)

A
Cleaved to 6-MP. Anti-metabolite which decreases DNA and RNA synthesis.

Bone marrow suppression
Increased risk of malignancy
Increased risk of infection
Hepatitis

Certain cancer drugs (Cyclophosphamide)
Drugs that weaken the immune system (Rituximab)
