A

The Tuckman Team Model.
It describes four stages that teams may progress through: forming, storming, norming, and performing (a 5th stage was added later: adjourning) = Feedback

What is Belbin?

A

Developed in 1981 to support team building.

Looks at 9 different roles, with different traits relating to thinking, action and management of people.

Shaper, Implementer, Completer, Coordinator, Team Worker, Resource Investigator, Plant, Monitor Evaluator, Specialist.

I would identify the project requirements, skills and experience required.

I would then review the characteristics of each team member to identify who has the necessary skills and experience to undertake the work.

Firstly, I would prepare and plan what I wanted to say. I would identify the desired outcome of the conversation.

I will focus on the delivery of the message and ensure that it is delivered in a calm, constructive and empathetic manner.

I would ensure that I follow it up and query whether anyone has any questions that need addressing.
