What is teamwork?
Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way.

How do you define and agree team structures?
- PEP – roles , responsibilities and escalation
* Pre-start meetings- roles , responsibilities
In your meetings, how would you ensure that everyone is included and can deliver their respective expertise?
- Set agenda, including headings for each disciplines/parties expertise and AOB
- Listen to what each person has to say
Can you tell me about the Tuckman theory?
• Forming - keen / eager/ excited to start
• Storming – may be challenge/clash of personalities (different ways companies do things)
• Norming – Begin to understand differences and roles , strengths and weaknesses
• Performing – at peak of working together
• Adjourning/ Mourning

Example Westhorpe Gardens – contractor being assertive ‘reducing quality is in the essence of design and build’
• Listened to them and empathized
• Stayed calm and polite and showed them the contract that was clear ER’s proposals
• Discussed with them to understand why the Fire Strategy was so important to them which was also locked into planning
