Q

What was the name of the District 3 male in the Third Quarter Quell?

A

His name is Beetee. He formed an alliance with Katniss, Finnick, Wiress, Johanna and Peeta. Beetee killed Gloss after he killed Wiress, his district partner. He was one of the rebels in the Games, and the only thing that was important was to keep Katniss alive throughout the Games because she was the sign of a rebellion. She was The Mockingjay.

Q

How did the District 3 male in the 74th annual Hunger Games become an unofficial career and how did he die?

A

The Careers realized that he could be useful because of his skills to make electricy. He dug up the bombs that surrounded the platforms near the Cornucopia. He placed them around all the weapons and food that the Careers had. Katniss bombed it later. When the Careers realized what happened, they turned back after being distracted by Rue’s fire and Cato was furious. He blamed the boy from District 3 for doing his job too well. He quickly killed the boy by snapping his neck.
