There are four classes of offenses. They are Class A
Class B
Class C
Class D
How many offenses are in each class?
There are three offenses and each:
First offense
Second offense
And third offense
Which of the class offenses are the worst?
Class A offenses are the worst offenses and they are the most heavily reprimanded.
What will happen to a person if they commit a class a first offense?
Suspension of not less than 30 days up to and including termination
What will happen if a person commits a Class A second offense?
That person will get a suspension of not less than 90 days up to and including termination.
What will happen to a person if they commit a Class A third offense?
Termination
What will happen if a person commits a Class B first offense?
Suspension of not less than five days nor more than 30 days
What will happen if a person commits a class B second offense?
Suspension of not less than 10 days nor more than 60 days
What will happen to a person if they commit a class B third and subsequent offenses?
Suspension of not less than 30 days up to and including termination
What will happen if a person commits a class C first offense?
Written reprimand up to and including suspension of not more than five days
What will happen to a person if they commit a class C second offense?
Suspension of not less than one day nor more than 15 days
What will happen to a person if they commit a class C third and subsequent offenses?
Suspension of not less than 15 days up to and including termination.
What will happen to a person if they commit a class D first offense?
Written reprimand up to and including suspension of not more than two days.
What will happen to a person if they commit a class D second offense?
Written reprimand up to and including a suspension of not more than five days.
What will happen to a person if they commit a class D third and subsequent a fence?
Suspension of not less than 10 days and up to and including termination.
