Forms of financial incentives?
Once a kid aged around 14-15 came into our company looking for some work. We started paying him. We realised that he was talented as hell, and so we gave him some bonus too. After a few months, when he got comfortable with us, he requested to operate as a co-partner. We happily accepted the proposal and started sharing profits with him. Since then, 30 years have passed… and he is still here with us! (Audience applauds) Let us welcome HC Verma on the stage. (HC Verma comes at the stage). Bro I need commission for this promo of yours 😂. (HC Verma laughs back). (Now the anchor is talking to the audience again). This guy has helped us massively in increasing the productivity of our company. Unfortunately, this phenomenal career is coming to an end, as Mr. HC. Verma is officially retiring from the company… (Audience sighs) His demands of the chocolate PERK will always be remembered. (Audience cheers up and applauds even harder as they bid farewell to MR. HC. Verma)
Non Financial Incentives Forms?
“Today I’ll tell you how I broke through the profession of rickshaw driving coming from our lineage. I was once going through WhatsApp status. There I saw an ad related to this legendary platform in whose tour I’m addressing this speech right now. It emphasised on career advancement opportunity. I enrolled into it as a ray of hope to break this long existing lineage emerged in my head. After working for about a month or two, I started getting recognition as my content was liked by many people. I worked consistently along with my rickshaw driving with no thought given to work life balance. After a span of 8 months, I was able to hit a target of 3 lakhs. I finally felt job security and took a bold decision to give up rickshaw driving. (Audience starts cheering). From that point on, things only got better. With no time, I was able to hit the bbm national trip target and felt a sense of participation and belongingness. Here, in this wonderful environment I can feel the energy of the people and it enthralls me so much to just keep going. If I wouldn’t take the decision to enroll in Bizgurukul that day, then I would end up driving that auto
