Symptoms:

A
  • Progressive, slow onset
  • Dyspnoea (at rest)
  • Orthopnea
  • Fatigue
  • Oedema (pulmonary and ankle)
  • Cough

  • Chest x-ray (cardiomegaly, pulmonary oedema)
  • N terminal pro B - natriuretic peptide blood test
  • Basic blood tests (FBC, U+E)
  • Echocardiography
  • Cardiac MRI
  • Coronary angiogram
