What are causes of obesity?
Eating too much sugary and starchy foods and not being active enough to burn off the energy. Extra energy is stored as fat.
What is the prevention of obesity?
Follow a healthy diet and exercise regularly.
What are the signs and symptoms of obesity?
Clothes feeling tight, scale showing you have gained weight and having extra fat around the waist.
What is the treatment for obesity?
Eating healthily,exercise and drinking lots of water.
What is type 2 diabetes?
A disease that affects the body’s ability to use blood sugar for energy.
What is the treatment for diabetes?
Insulin injections,keep blood sugars levels as low as possible,weight and physical activity.
What are the causes of diabetes?
When the pancreas does not produce enough insulin to maintain a normal blood sugar, or when body is unable to use the insulin produced.

Follow a diet in which carbohydrate intake is controlled.

Thirst,urination,blurred vision and excessive tiredness.

A disease caused by the build up of plague in the blood vessels. This means means blood does not flow easily through the vessels.

Exercise,changing your diet,cholesterol lowering medication.
What are the signs and symptoms of cholesterol?
Yellowish skin,heart attacks and strokes.
What are the preventions of cholesterol?
We should follow a low fat,low cholesterol diet,we should also eat a diet containing foods rich in fibre.
What is high blood pressure?
High blood pressure is when too much pressure by blood is put on the blood vessels.
What is the treatment of high blood pressure?
Anti hypertensive medication.
