* somebody/someone = a person, but we don’t know who → people (-body or -one) somebody or someone anybody or anyone nobody or no-one
# -body and -one are the same: somebody = someone, nobody = no-one etc
* something = a thing, but we don’t know what → things (-thing) something anything nothing
* somewhere = in/to a place, but we don’t know where → places (-where) somewhere anywhere nowhere
…There is somebody (or someone) at the door.
…Is there anybody (or anyone) at the door?
…There isn’t anybody (or anyone) at the door.
