You do NOT need THAT/WHO/WHICH when IT IS THE OBJECT

Subject / Verb / Object
The man | was carrying a bag → the bag (that) the man was carrying

You wanted some books → the books (that) you wanted

…Did you find the books you wanted? (OR… the books that you wanted?)

  • You can say ‘(a place) WHERE…’
