Right Oculomotor Nerve Palsy
Right Eye: Downward and outward distracted pupil, ptosis of eyelid
Left abducent nerve palsy
left eye does not adduct (eye gaze looks medial), diplopia with lateral gaze (double vision)
Right Facial Nerve Palsy
Drooping of the entire right side of the face; may experience some salivary and taste loss
Right Spinal Accessory N Palsy
Drooping of the right shoudler
Left Hypoglossal N Palsy
Left sided shift of the tongue
Vestibulocochlear Tumor
Vertigo (loss of balance), hearing weird noices, progressive unilateral nerve loss.
Optic Nerve Injury
ipsilateral dialation of the pupil, visual field defects.
Trigeminal N Injury
Numbness of the entire face, loss of mastication muscles
