Basic Service.
When departing LL South from Rwy 01, how should you depart?
Depart downwind and remain clear of approach lane.
State the LL South departure procedure.
Climb to 500ft before turning onto departure heading.
Continue climb to 1000ft to cross coast.
Once clear of coast, descend to 500ft or below until Valley Radar report “no instrument or recovering traffic to affect”. Once this has been reported, do as you wish.
If there is instrument traffic reported, do not climb above 1000ft until positively clear.
State the LL East departure procedure.

When established in the climb on a standard IFR departure.
When is the earliest a DS may be provided on a non-standard or “own nav” departure?
Once above RVC.
On a sensor train departure, what should you do if synthetic radar information is lost?
Inform the leader immediately, so a deconfliction service can be sought.
