Acute medical condition that persists longer than the normal cause

Increase in severity of pre existing disease

Constantly present in a population, region
Epidemic disease
Sudden increase in cases spreading through a large population
Pandemic disease
Sudden increase in cases worldwide

The later recovery stage towards the end of an illness gradual recovery of health
