which of our wines are “off-dry? What does off-dry mean?
off-dry means there is some residual sugar in the wine. Riesling, Chenin blanc. Sweet wine would be Moscato (it’s not listed on our menu but we have it)
Where does the pink/orange color of rose /orange wine come from?
the skins, leaving them to ferment for a short period of time.
What white wine would you pair with the endive salad?
rose or orange wine
