What three menus are brought to the table as a guest is sat?

Joe Carroll’s grandfather’s name was Anselm.
What is the story behind the lightbulbs on the portraits in Railroad?
All of the presidents who didn’t do much, cover their faces with the bulbs.
Describe 2 cocktails that you were able to try the first night.
Varies
For me it was 2 juleps.
Classic Julep: Somewhat bitter, but has a delicious crisp mint flavor
Floral Julep: tastes like citrus, honey, & Chamomile.
What is the largest party we can book for a covered table outside?
20-26? If you put the sidewalk tables together.
What is the name of our private dining room?
Beefsteak Room
How many biscuits come in an order?
4!
Describe the cucumber salad as you would to a guest.
Delicious, crisp, and creamy. Cucumber salad with whipped feta and cashew granola. Will pair wonderfully with a natty wine.
What “little things” are or can be made Gluten Free?
Beets, Blue Crab deviled eggs, endive salad, beef tartar.
If the guest wants Champagne, what would you suggest?
Gaston Chiquet, our toasty, wonderful champagne by the glass. Or have a somm come recommend a bottle if they would like one.

Bourbon BA Cider: has hints of tart apple, with smooth honey notes and tones of rye whisky
Piquette Cider: more tropical like guava, grapefruit, and peach.
What does “Blanc de Blancs” mean?
French term for White of White – usually meaning it’s 100% chardonnay or 100% white grapes being used.
