Method: NY strip scraps are marinated in garlic, black pepper thyme, fennel seeds, and oregano grilled to MR, then sliced thin and served on home-baked Kaiser roll topped with tiger sauce (mayo, hot sauce, garlic, horseradish, vinegar), shaved onion. Served with a Gordy’s pickle.

Method: Chicken breast is pounded lightly, and brined in buttermilk overnight. It is coated in a mix of flour, cornstarch, and “potato spice mix” (paprika, citric acid, pepper, garlic/onion powder) then fried until crispy. Served with L,T, and mayo on a sesame seed potato roll

Method: Oat wheat is grilled then topped with smashed avocado, egg, (default is sunny side up unless otherwise requested), pickled Fresno peppers, and herb mix
